建物は新しく清掃も行き届いている。お風呂は独立のユニットバスで快適な上、乾燥機付き。洗濯機があるのでダイビングやマリンスポーツ後の洗濯から乾燥まで室内で完結する。トイレはシャワートイレテレビも大型の液晶ベッドも快適。ミニキッチン付きで冷蔵庫も大きく冷凍庫も完備。自炊も十分に可能。部屋の広さもそこそこでベッド以外に足の踏み場も無いほどせまいようなことも無い。これで二人で一泊4000円前後なので文句のつけようもない。ホテルの人的なルームサービスや食事を求めないのなら最適な選択肢になる。但しリゾート気分やハイソな雰囲気を求めるのならここは違う。

房間很乾淨，有2張雙人床，感覺好舒適，房間洗手間內配置洗衣機，露台亦設有晾衫架，花灑水力強，而且有煮食配套，唯一不太好的是洗手間的洗手盆不在洗手間內，而是在房間裏，但整體很滿意，而且價錢很便宜，絕對係CP值高的，酒店員工的服務態度很好，樂意幫助住客的需要
