The bartender, Jhon Jairo, displayed behavior that should not be acceptable in the service industry. From the start, there was a complete lack of professionalism and basic hospitality. When I mentioned a Bellini, he responded in a rude, dismissive tone that made it clear he had no interest in assisting us. As I looked at the menu, he walked away without saying “excuse me” or offering help. When he returned, he bluntly stated that none of the drinks on the menu were available, again without explanation or apology. He then tried to steer us toward the “Coctelería de Autor,” with cocktails priced at 97,000 COP, which felt like an aggressive upsell rather than genuine service. To make matters worse, even the most basic service details were ignored, no cocktail napkins were placed when he greeted us, something that is standard at any bar, especially in a hotel of this level. Overall, the attitude, lack of courtesy, and disregard for service fundamentals made the experience unpleasant. This is not the level of professionalism one expects at a Movich hotel, and the bartender’s conduct reflects poorly on the establishment.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, está cerca de un éxito, tiene un centro comercial al lado, droguerías, un Mc Donalds, me parece un excelente ubicación. El desayuno delicioso, muy amable las personas donde se preparan los huevos,.

pienso que si falta un poco más de orden en el momento de pedir los huevitos del desayuno, en las chicas que lo preparan y los meseros en este aspecto, ya que se aglomera la gente y genera incomodidad.

El baño no funcionaba correctamente.

It had everything we wanted to have while staying there: free parking, gym and spa, good restaurant, breakfast included. It was centrally located and adjacent to a good shopping mall. Staff were well trained and courteous.

Difficult to say, even though the building is almost 40 years old and from outside it does not look new or modern it has been refurbished inside and everything was great.
