We love the lounge area with the bar. This is my second time and Quincey did not disappoint us. Food and drinks were so good. The staff when we checked in and out were so nice and welcoming. The gym and work-out. Very nice.

The breakfast. I know it’s free-complementary but the bacon was very very crispy. The juice and coffee watery. Some of the dishes were dirty when we went to get our plates. While I was working out in the gym when I finished using the equipment there was nothing to spray on the equipment to clean it. I used lots of hand sanitizer to clean the bench, treadmill, bicycle. I didn’t want to leave it sweaty.

The location was central to a lot of things. Close enough to the city but not in the city. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating.

Our linens were not changed from the previous guests, the sheets smelled of perfume and sweat, and the pillow cases smelled of sweat. They did have the housekeeping manager come up and a very nice housekeeper switched them out in a very speedy amount of time. She did apologize for the original cleaner of the room. Continental breakfast was very impressive with their breakfast options. You can tell the property has pretty recently changed hands and needs to have a lot of maintenance done to it. When you pull in it looks like an abandoned hotel with the old hotels sign covered with tarp. The room was in need of some repair, but the beds were comfortable and met our needs. The pool was nice, clean, they did however have issues keeping the towels stocked, but the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating when we requested them.

There were no plates available at breakfast or cups for coffee. Also was charged a 5 dollar fee for who knows what. We literally slept a few hours and threw away our trash the room was not damaged.
