Excelente ubicación a pasos del centro de Pucón. Linda habitación y ordenada. Rápida respuesta por diferencia con reserva.

La falta de personal permanente en recepción para solucionar temas como estacionamiento y problemas con la reserva.

"Una linda experiencia"

Nos encantó su excelente ubicación, instalaciones, desayunos y atención del personal. Nos dejaron quedarnos en la cafetería resguardados de la lluvia mientras hacíamos tiempo para nuestro retorno. Muchas gracias por eso y por el excelente servicio.

El único punto bajo, es que nos costó un poco regular la ducha.

La ubicación y las piezas.

La falta de personal contínuamente en recepción para poder ejecutar requerimientos, como estacionamiento. El desayuno cambiaba de porciones continuamente.

Muy bien todo, el desayuno muy bueno para lo que se paga, la atencion buenisima, muy amables. Hay una heladera comunitaria que permite dejar alimentos que necesiten refrigeracion. Y todo el tiempo hay disponible cafe, te si uno quisiera durante el dia
