Sehr nettes Personal. Einfaches ein-und aus checken. Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Betten waren sehr schlecht. Die Unterkunft war sehr hellhörig. Die Unterkunft entsprach eher einfach Standard. Die Duschen waren nicht ganz sauber.

"Casa molto carina e confortevole e grande, aveva tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno"

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro in 10 minuti a piedi. Vicino anche bar con buone brioches per fare colazione. Apprezzato la pronta assistenza da parte dello staff, anche per il parcheggio. Istruzioni chiare.

L'applicazione per il check-in andrebbe leggermente migliorata o comunque andrebbero date maggiori istruzioni nel caso in cui non si riempi totalmente un appartamento o una stanza. Niente di impossibile comunque.

Ulaz u staru zgradu, odlicna lokacija, na prvi pogled lijep apartman.

Od prvog dojma koji je bio op smo dosli na trop.. kreveti naudobni, namjestaj star i klimav, pec u kuhinji djelomicno ispravna (2 plinska kruga rade, a plin je smrdio stalno pa smo zatvorili ventil da se ne ugusimo), kuhalo za vodu stoji neispravno. U kuhinji dostupno jedino nesto posudja i nekoliko kapsula za aparat za kavu koji nismo koristili. Wc uredan, ali isto tako skromno (npr pola role toalet papira). Cjelokupni dojam popravlja jedino ljepota Verone.

Personale assolutamente scortese. Ha provato più volte (arrivando quasi al ricatto) a farci effettuare un check-in online con una procedura poco trasparente. Siamo stati costretti a coinvolgere Booking per richiedere di svolgere il check-in in presenza
