NOTHING ⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY AND HEALTH HAZARD — DO NOT BOOK! We had to flee this property with our children. The listing is a complete fraud and looks absolutely nothing like the advertised pictures. The host also used high-pressure tactics on WhatsApp to lock in our check-in before we could see the actual state of the apartment. Do not fall for it. Severe Security Breach: The main door leading to the public building staircase was entirely broken and could not be locked. We felt completely unsafe and had to barricade the door with our luggage just to protect our children through the night. Host Harassment & Hostility: When I complained about these issues, the host completely ignored my messages. The next morning at 9:00 AM, they sent two women who tried to force their way into the apartment while we were still inside. We refused to let them in, as our checkout wasn't until 10:00 AM anyway. After we left the property, they began hostile calling me, forcing me to block both of their numbers. Disgusting Conditions: There was old food left on the kitchen floor. The entire apartment was so filthy that our socks ended up as black as if we had been walking outside on the street. Health Hazards: The apartment has active black mold and a toxic, overwhelming sewage smell coming from the bathroom. False Advertising & Broken Tech: The host claims the apartment has working amenities, but one of the AC units do not work. In more than 20 years of using the Booking.com platform, this has been my worst experience ever. This property is dirty, physically unsecure, and a legitimate health risk for families. Booking.com needs to remove this listing immediately. Save your money, protect your family, and stay anywhere else.
