Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns dabei geholfen die Transporte zu organisieren. Selbst als wir aufgrund von Verfügbarkeiten nach unserer Mehrtageswanderung in ein anderes Hotel mussten, konnten wir dort unsere Wäsche waschen und sie haben uns geholfen einen Transport nach Bischkek zu organisieren.

Very clean, great location, lovely hosts and a fantastic breakfast included. I stayed in a hostel the night before and this was better. It is a family guest house so don't expect it to be a social place with other guests. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

"Lovely staying"

Lovely family-run hotel with a super helpful reception. The laundry service was fast (which was great after days of trekking!), and the breakfast was amazing—one of the best we had. You’re asked to take off your shoes at the entrance, which makes sense since many guests come from the hiking. The whole place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Karakol!

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff and the owner are all very nice and helpful. The hotel is located conveniently near the center of Karakol. The breakfast was great!

Really nice place, best breakfast we had in Kyrgyzstan! Great value for money, private bathroom, all clean. Beds still a bit hard, but that’s literally everywhere in the country. Nice staff, English a bit challenging
