The host cancelled the stay 2 hours before check in and sent us to another apartment instead. The location of the new apartment was better, however it was not very clean or as big as the previous one. Last minute coordination was very difficult

we were unable to check in to the rooms (2 couples), although hotels confirmed our stay, we did not receive the codes to enter the rooms by the hotel, the hotel has no reception only a guard who has no contact details to the hotel, all hotel phone numbers were not working, only after 4 hours on the phone with hotels.com they manged to find us an alternative place to stay. according to the hotel guard it happens very often.

Really nice apartment but unfortunately really bad management. I tried to contact several time with questions and complaints but never answer the email or phone calls. Actually they answered the email after one week I come back. The A/c wasnt working good. The washer and dryer's instructions were in a different language and we didnt know how to use it, etc. Nice apartment very poor management.

Excellent property, near the commercial downtown and 15 minutes walk to the Old City

Great location. Comfortable bed. We didn't get the remote control to the parking and we were stuck out side of the parking

Despite issues with check-in (changed our lodgings after we arrived for check-in), everything turned out pretty good. We were moved about a half mile away from our original location, but to a spot directly next to Mahane Yehuda, which was fantastic. Service improved after initial issues.

Great location. Spacious apartment, clean. Owner provided all information for entry and parking. Would stay there again.

I was unable to check in since apartment number never sent to me, and desk attendant had no idea of apartment number.J received confirmation from Hotel . com that I was all confirmed. Only after calling Hotel.com at 12:30 AM with 30 min on phone with them , that I was sent message on whatsapp that the apartment was cancelled. The owners had many other apartments in different building , different location that they had for me. It took another 45 min on Waze to find this apartment and get into it. We at last got settled about 1:30 AM This apartment was very pretty, but ? not finished with no shade to keep out 6AM sun. This was my saga in Jerusalem. The remainder of our stay was fine
