Mitten in der Altstadt Personal, sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und auf Zack, schon fast zu schnell 😉 Großes Zimmer, Radiowecker mit BT und Ladefunktion Einrichtung und Ausstattung hochwertig Küche sehr gut, von der Vorspeise bis zum Nachtisch Top!

Konnte leider nicht den großen Spa Bereich nicht nutzen da Geschäftsreise und erst spät angekommen.

Das Hotel ist immer ein Besuch wert, es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen kleinen aber schönen Wellnessbereich und die Restaurants Soldan und Sonnenstuben sind richtig toll! Es hat eine ruhige Lage in der Altstadt. Frankenberg ist zwar ein kleiner Ort aber mit sehr vielen, guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ausgestattet.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, es macht sicherlich einen Unterschied ob man am Wochenende oder an einem Wochentag frühstückt. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht und die Möglichkeit sich selber z.B. heiße Getränke zu machen (der Service war nur mittelmäßig aufmerksam).
