Amunra Ocean Hotel

The location is unbeatable for beach access. Staff were courteous but not very engaging. The room was clean but clearly aged and carpets were worn and the furniture looked old. Considering the cost, a renovation would make this hotel much better.

The room had robes, slippers, and even a plant in the corner. The front desk staff smiled like they meant it, and check-in took 2 minutes flat. Price felt like a steal, especially for that comfy mattress. Only downside, there is no room service at night when I got hungry at 1AM. Sad times.

가족과 함께 이 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 도착하자마자 직원분들이 매우 친절하고 전문적으로 맞아주셔서 인상 깊었습니다. 제가 베트남어를 못하지만, 직원분들이 영어로 적극적으로 도와주셨고, 어떤 분은 한국어도 조금 하셔서 정말 감동이었어요. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 편의시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 매일 아침 청소도 깔끔하게 해주시고, 침대도 매우 푹신해서 하루 종일 관광하고 돌아온 후 편하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 호텔 주변도 조용하고 안전해서 마음 놓고 지낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 프런트 직원들의 미소와 세심한 서비스가 인상 깊었어요. 길을 묻거나 차량 예약을 요청할 때 항상 친절하게 도와주셔서 감사했습니다. 다음에 베트남에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Номер был комфортным и хорошо оборудованным. Мне особенно понравилась большая кровать и тихая атмосфера. Расположение также было удобным – рядом с метро и магазинами. Однако сотрудники стойки регистрации были немного равнодушны при регистрации и не очень подробно рассказывали об удобствах. В целом, проживание было достойным, но обслуживание можно было бы улучшить.

Not too much clean

This hotel, which was once good, seems to have been forgotten by its owners. The first things we encountered were dirty towels in the bathroom and a shower curtain covered in mold. When we asked for replacements, they simply took both items away. Breakfasts were incredibly dull and monotonous—there was nothing to eat at all. We stayed about four days; on the first day we managed a few bites, and after that we didn’t go back. What was nice is that the sea is very close—about a five-minute walk—and there are some delicious little eateries nearby. BUT on this vacation we stayed in around ten or eleven hotels across Vietnam, and this was by far the worst. I do NOT recommend it

The breakfast was adequate. Small buffet of Vietnamese recipes. They were happy to cook eggs for me.

I had a room with full window which is what I wanted. The curtains were not blackout, and in fact, would let the first light of day in. Not even good enough to keep the high sun from heating the room. There was a construction of a multi story building directly across the road. These are the reasons I checked out
