The hotel was not up to par ! The housekeeper was extremely rude ! They accused us of having animals in our room ! The front desk was absolutely no help at all

Location was centrally placed an easy to get other locals.

Room was oddly made. Shower outside bathroom and interior was built or renovated our of something else. Poor quality.

The cover n sheets had holes in n threw them thecover was stiff n hard and so was the bed couldn't get comfortable didn't sleep at all had a smell in room this wasn't a pleasant stay at all

Bathroom in room was very disappointing in its cleanliness.

The staff was very friendly

Easy access from / to freeway. Close to Waffle House, Burger King, and gas stations. Good continental breakfast with small dining room.

Toilet backed up on first flush. I went to clerk to ask for maintenance and he handed me a plunger. I got it working. I should have been given a discount! Under the beds were FILTHY. Plue we had to pay a fee, for each pet of 20.00 each per night. Was just overnight but the fee amount should have been mentioned on the description on Bookings.com. We did not have to pay a fee for pets at Baymont hotels or La Quinta when we travelled cross country recently.

The bed was super comfortable. Slept like a baby. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
