Staff very helpful and considerate. Staff very busy cleaning lobby and breakfast area. Coffee tasted very good and food options were cereal, toast and muffins. Coffee and juice available. The room was very clean and the floor was spotless.

Some of the items in the room were damaged and broken and need to be replaced. The bedding needs to be replaced as it had holes and the mirror in the room was broken. The bathtub and shower were not as clean as they could be.

The rooms were not as tidy and clean as the main lobby. The comforters had cigarette holes in them. They don’t seem to prepare broken things before selling the room. Some staff were not friendly

Location

Noisy occupants next door, rude staff using vulgar language about guests and had a poor attitude during breakfast, pool was closed the entire stay, room overpriced especially considering the area not being a very good area and far from new Orleans
