"A fairly comfortable, pleasant stay."

6.0

We were left alone to our holiday break, without being disturbed by anyone. We are very private people. The shower was a large size, hot and easy to use. The people we met were very pleasant, especially the lady who prepares and looks after the units. Everything on arrival was spotless and James was concerned that we had everything we needed.

There was no grassed area for walking our 14 year old dog at the property without asking for permission/being accompanied, only a tiny area with deep gravel which our dog (who has webbed feet) found really difficult to walk on. A paved area would have been acceptable. We would have like a fenced off area of the garden to be able to exercise him, rather than having to take him to a public, gravelly area for walks. He doesn't walk far at his age, so any further afield would have been difficult without driving there. The road noise, when outside was really evident to us - living in a very rural North Pembrokeshire next to a farm on the coast. For us there was a constant drone which we found very intrusive. We found the bedroom rather small with a door that was difficult to open and close, and a very tight space particularly on the right hand side of the bed. The bed itself was way too soft for us, and overall we found the unit very stuffy. Maybe access to a fan would be useful. We had not seen, yet alone used, a ceramic hob before, so instructions for use (for that and the microwave and oven) would have been useful. My husband managed to put the child lock on during first use, but I did find instructions on line on how to take that off so we could use it. Also a jug for mixing things - for scrambled egg in the microwave or making omelettes - would be useful. Personally I found the two mugs provided way too big and heavy. I have very small hands with osteoarthritis and needed to use two hands to hold them. Also 4 mugs, for 2 people, would be useful, both from a cooking point of view and for a cup of soup at the same time as a cup of tea for a snack for example.

"I loved staying here, it was quiet, clean, spacious for an Airbnb, I will definitely be returning."

10.0

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, spacious, had all facilities you needed for an Airbnb. It was in a lovely setting in a farm yard, and I will definitely be staying again.

A minor, minor criticism is a mirror by a plug in order to dry hair from a female point of view. That was the only bad comment I can make.
