We had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable I slept better than I do at home. All staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. The only negative would be the weak in-room coffee.but the coffee service in the lobby was good.

Natasha greeted us when we arrived like long lost family and made us feel more welcome than we have felt at a Hilton property in several years! The room was especially large and cleaned perfectly. The top sheet was on sideways so we were short-sheeted, but that made my 75 year old heart laugh. The hotel is a hit off the beaten path down a track that is about one paving ahead of being a dirt road. They also have overnight security.

This hotel is very nice. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint though was the cleaning staff. Checkout time is 11am but staffed started knocking on the door at 10:45, 10:50 and 10:55. Each time we told them we were going to be checking out at 11:00, which is exactly what time we left the room. This was very aggravating and rude.
