Eva and Daniela were very helpful and quick to reply via chat/text. Apartment standard and location were excellent. I liked the freedom of being able to check in automatically with secure keybox and door code. Bed was really comfortable, apartment nicely decorated with good facilities

would have benefitted from having a kettle as there was only a coffee pod machine (still made good coffee though!). Lifts were a little small and slow but worked well. Not a problem for us and good that there were lifts as we were on the 6th floor. Key was missing from the safety deposit box, but I dont think this was the fault of the owners (my guess is the last guest took them by accident). Might be worth having just a safe with security code and no key (but I am being picky - everything was really excellent!)

The appartment was very central and very homely! Daniela and Eva were very easy to reach and were extremely helpful from before we got there until we left! Daniela you are worth your weight in gold!

Just a few more clothes hangers would be helpful.

Wonderful location, tasteful decor. Nice views. Very good choice for a family. See photos of the room and the view. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.
