This was a gem right in the middle of downtown Ft Smith. Art everywhere. I would stay here again. Clean, friendly staff. Was on my motorcycle and felt safe.

The room we had was on the front , it sounded like drag racing all night , and that really cut into my sleep. But the room was clean and comfy, the gal at the counter was nice . I think I would stay there again in a different room away from the street

The bed was like sleeping on the ground. It was very hard. I like a firm mattress but that bed was very hard.
