Ons verblijf was prima maar helaas is onze borg van 200 euro na 2 maanden nog steeds niet terug gestort.

Onze borg van 200 euro die na 2 weken moet zijn terug gestort hebben we na 2 maanden nog steeds niet ontvangen. Op alle manieren heb ik contact gezocht. Ik heb 1 keer een berichtje terug gehad dat er na gekeken zou worden maar sindsdien niks met gehoord. Ik heb nog verschillende reminders gestuurd maar geen reactie. Ik baal hier stevig van. Dit is niet fijn na genieten van onze leuke steden trip!

The location was great. Close to parking and the main bus station. Close to the old town and the river. Great restaurant underneath.

The decor and furniture were old and in some cases stained. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom smelled of damp. The pictures on booking.com are out of date. The patio furniture was old, rusty and dirty and not fit for use and certainly not as represented on the pictures. We were supposed to have an iron in the room, there was none. We messaged the owner to ask for an iron and they told us the cleaner would drop it off the next day, when we needed it on arrival. The cleaner did not drop it off, we had to go find her the next day and she knew nothing about it. The upstairs patio doors were broken and could not lock, there was no key for the patio security gate and this was unlocked leaving the patio open to both neighbouring flats. We contacted the owner who said maintenance would be out the next day and no one turned up. It took a lot of chasing to get our deposit back, which was initially advertised at around €30 I think but the confirmation email changed this to €200 and they take this automatically. After the allotted 2 weeks our deposit was not returned, I had to chase numerous times and was told it had been paid when clearly it had not. It was only when I asked for proof of payment that the money came back to us, after 3 weeks.
