At Ease Beach Hotel

Found 3 large cockroaches in our room. Yellowed bed sheets. Towels very dirty. Poor breakfast. No buffet. Outdated. No wifi in the rooms only common areas. We were required to leave our room key at the reception, which is not staffed 24 hours.

Location

There is no security, We were attacked by a thief and took our money and other valuable stuff when we were sleeping Thief was in side the room while we were sleeping which scared us the most and hotel staff security was not available We had to lots of trouble on our holiday to go to police and report. I do not recommend this place for safe staying

Good location

There is no staff available after 8pm And there is no security. And there are thief's in this hotel due to lack of security

Location is exceptional. Easy access to the beach. Staff member thilini doing tremendous job. She is more friendly and guided us for more attractions near at hotel. Average comfortably rooms.

Small parking. In Our traveled date hotel was fully booked so its difficult to manage parking. We really impress more every staff members can treat guest like thiliny and give most welcome to guest.

Specially miss thilini has done a great job.. So friendly with my kid and she make her happy always.. and she is so supportive active and she always smiles Other staff was also sooo friendly Thanks everyone for making our leisure time a good one.. ❤️

Perfect hideaway, nice pool and a beautiful view of the beach. Very clean and super friendly staff!
