The staff was very fast to answer when there were issues and provide useful support. The room was clean. The shower was great and the bed also - comfortable. I was pleased and the value for money was excellent.

There were some technical issues with the booking, but this was very minor. In my room there was no exterior window, which wasn't too bad...

Se estaba muy calentito y tenía nevera y cafetera dentro de la habitación

La habitación era muy pequeña y se escuchaba cada vez q entraba alguien por la puerta. El baño huele a tuberías a pesar de tener un ambientador.

Tenía comodidades como una cafetera, una hervidora Afuera tienes grifo para lavar los platos Y lo de la nevera te lo dejan gratis! Todo un detalle eso, la verdad

El cuidado de la habitación puede mejorarse. Había alguna mancha en la pared. Algún cable que no está sujeto. Haría falta que alguien de mantenimiento le eche un día de trabajo ahí. Si queréis, yo puedo trabajar para vosotros cómo el chico de mantenimiento 🤣 que estoy buscando trabajo en Barcelona Estaba viendo los desperfectos, y en un día os los arreglo todos!

It gives us comfort during our stay. The television is updated and we enjoyed watching netflix. They have coffee tea water and beer for free. The staff were nice.

We can hear the people talking in balcony and outside outside our door. They forgot to put teaspoon in the cafeteria.
