"Safe, One star accommodation in BCN"

Good sized bed. Good water temp/pressure in shower; shower closed tight. Sufficient clothes hangers. Quite neighborhood with plenty of cafeterias. 10 min walk to 2 metro stations.

No actual person to manage/check in. Extremely sparse accommodations. Common, small sink/fridge/coffee maker. Glass wall curtain was hanging from a side. The "patio" was not private (many apartments above), not set for use (2 bare, metal chairs). Room smelled moldy and looked run down.

"Perfect stay for a short trip to Barcelona"

It was really nice and cozy, very good for the price. We really enjoyed the little patio and kitchen area.

The only thing that was a little discomforting were the thin walls, every night and morning we heard people walking around in the building and the stairs up and down, but besides that there were no problems.
