Its been over a month and half and I never received any help regarding my unpleasant stay at this property

The room was filthy, with mold on the bathroom shower. I took over 30 photos and wish I could upload them all. The refrigerator had a water leak, as did the air conditioning unit. Overall, the stay was terrible.

"I was just ok."

The location is close to all good restaurants. The location city its in is one of the more safer cities. Breakfast was good.

Rooms could use better bedding, bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom wasn't clean enough, stains on the outside of the tub shows the bathroom was properly cleaned The hotel needs some updating in the rooms.
