The rooms seem to be clean.

No meat or good food for breakfast No good channels on TV, The floors needed shampooing. The rates were kinda high for the service.

NOTHING!!!! Oh, the police were nice and advised that they were familiar with the lady working there. Recommended another hotel where they were extremely nice.

The person lied and said I had no reservations even though I provided a confirmation number and attempted to show her it was paid for in advance. She said she had to prepare breakfast and I needed to contact booking.com because they are known for messing up. I asked what I needed to do? She said I needed to pay for everything again. I agreed to pay again because my family was exhausted after an 8hr drive to attend a funeral for 2 family members. She then refused to assist me. She called the police and said she was over several hotels in the area and for the 3rd time said she had to prepare her breakfast. DO NOT TRUST THIS PROCESS...Rude, inconsiderate, lack of training in customer service. Avoid the hassle and go to LaQuinta if you have to stay in that area.

Stay was ok, beds were hard, toilet

Location was ok but we was still didn’t feel safe Continental breakfast was good

-The smell throughout the entire hotel was the smell of weed and air freshener. - the security cameras on the 2nd floor hallway were pointing to the ceiling and not plugged into anything - nothing in drink machine or vending machine - the door to room was hard to close completely and literally had to lean into it to make it latch - the room smelled moldy -sink was dirty -Carpet in room was sticky and damp feeling -lady at desk acted like it was no big deal and she wasn’t surprised when we told her how our stay was. She literally said ok and then continued on like we had said nothing. No concern given.
