Great location with walking distance to many attractions and a big city just a couple blocks! Really big kitchen, big bedrooms, and a cool living room with ample views outside. Also, a massive backyard for being so close to downtown. However, this belongs on a room share website instead of a hotel one. This is clearly not a hotel, you are renting the double room downstairs in a home. Not good noise blocking from tenants upstairs, you can hear every move they make (including a dog jumping on floor at 4am). The kitchen had very little to support it's use, including NO microwave. The bathroom was unfinished with exposed damage to walls and just generally not preferable. There are definitely pros and cons to this place, but just know it is not a hotel by any means. Also, there is not daily cleaning or turn down service available.
