Valet parking at the Embassy downtown was absolutely outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth. They were incredibly quick retrieving our vehicle, and their service truly made our stay even better. Highly recommend their valet team—top-notch service from start to finish! Jerrod on nights was amazing

Okay I had reservations for Saturday night I had to work late so my girlfriend was going to check in before me there was some problem with the digital key I talked to the manager he said he'd need a physical credit card so I said I would call hilton help desk because I know they can help this man yells at me that it will do no good to call hilton because he is the manager ive never been talked to that way at any hilton property it was totally unacceptable I would avoid this property at all cost I stayed at the cumberland house and it was fantastic

We stay here 4-5 times in the fall. Always a great experience. Valet guys, like Tim B, are courteous and professional. Rooftop is amazing and downtown is always buzzing. Very walkable to stadium and a plethora of dining establishments.
