Embassy Suites By Hilton Knoxville Downtown

Beautiful facility. Felt safe. Parking was inconvenient and expensive.

This hotel was definitely a great way to introduce our family to Knoxville, Tennessee. We usually stay in the Pigeon Forge area but we decided to go up a bit further and try out Knoxville for the very first time and The Embassy did NOT disappoint. Upon arrival Kenzie was very welcoming and helpful. Her warm hospitality instantly made us feel comfortable. After providing us with a welcome goodie bag she was happy to give some great food recommendations and things to do in the area for my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. The layout of the hotel is very gorgeous and offers many options for perfect photo bombs . I really liked the conveniency of the elevators and how only guests can access which really minimizes random people entering creating an extra sense of security. The rooms are VERY clean, spacious and decorated nicely. We were lucky enough to catch a free fireworks show from our window. The views are definitely worth the visit alone. The rooms are quiet and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very pleasing especially to our children, they enjoyed making fresh waffles with so many different toppings to offer. I myself enjoyed the variety of food selections and the on site omelet station. We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be visiting again!

Except for the hassle of having to use valets for parking (not at all unusual for large urban hotels), everything was very nice. All of the staff was especially helpful and friendly. The room was large and well furnished, just as we needed. The fridge and microwave worked well. Ice was never far away. The personal, nearly instant elevators was really cool. We did not care for their onsite restaurant, but the breakfast was awesome, fast and fresh, anything you might imagine. The front desk staff were much more helpful in person than they were when we called in advance of arrival, getting us into our room early as we needed. Awesome bar on the rooftop, with an incredible bourbon selection. As a whole, we would not hesitate to stay here again if needing to be downtown.

The roof top pool has plenty of area to sit, along with the bar inside was enjoyable. Breakfast was also very good. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Terrible Kleenexes, no pressure in the shower, not enough channel selections, valet overly expensive, small pool and closes too early... should be on a different level than the bar, room temperature would not go below 68°

Uncomfortable mattress, horrible bed pillows, couch was hard as a rock to sit on, other chairs were very uncomfortable. Shower leaked onto floor. Choice of TV channels available was extremely limited. No nice restaurant onsite or in short walking distance. Rooftop lounge was a college scene. Nightly free drinks available were only with cheap liquor & appetizers were sad.

The restaurant KoPita and the Spa was so Relaxing.
