Very close to many sights and within walking distance to Gion and downtown. Family Mart supermarket across the road. Small kitchen and washing machine in the room. Be prepared to use a translation app and AI to operate it.

Nothing to be disliked. The rule sheet displayed in the room sounds a little off-putting at first, but when you see how some people behave it is understandable. Staff was nice and friendly to us. There is a road with considerable traffic right in front of the premises. Be prepared for sound. Not so much as it’d disturb me, but decide for yourself.
