Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de muchos templos y atracciones turísticas. Muy fácil de llegar con transporte público. Las instalaciones lo mejor! Con lavadora incluida en la habitación y sistema de secado muy eficiente. Una habitación muy linda y cómoda, todo limpio y ordenado.

No puedo decir nada negativo. Es el mejor hotel en el que nos alojamos durante nuestra estadía en Japón

Location, room and customer service were all excellent. They answered all my questions when I wrote to them. I had an issue with the washer and they had someone come over to check on it right away even though I wrote back saying that I might have figured it out already. But I hadn’t so it was nice that they had someone come over. They are very helpful!

We were confused on how to dry our clothes with the washer and realized that the washer doesn’t dry clothes. We figured out that you can dry your clothes in the shower room by selecting the dry setting on the wall panel outside the bathroom. A little confusing for us because we don’t have anything like that in America that I know of. But it worked out pretty well once we figured it out but it did take longer to dry clothes compared to a traditional dryers. Other than that we loved everything about our stay.

La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene acceso a muchos lugares importantes. La habitación era más amplia de lo que se encuentra en Japón.

Tenía un olor muy fuerte tanto afuera como adentro de la habitación. Al abrir la ventana de la habitación se iba y quedaba bien.
