Easy check in, The staff is friendly and were helpful. Rooms were spacious. The hotel looked and smelled cleaned.

The pillows weren't firm enough to our liking, but the night staff provided another pillow with in minutes of asking for another. The conditioner in the shower was out or the pump didn't work. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain.

The breakfast was better than other Homes 2 Suites by Hilton that I have stayed at. There was a good selection of items to choose from and plenty of them. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The design of the shower in the bathroom could be better because when you took a shower, water came out from underneath the shower door and there would be water on the floor which flowed behind the toilet and under the vanity.

"Could be much better been a Hilton"

The building in general terms, pool, gym, laundry.

Cleaning wasn't the best. I stayed there 5 weeks and I finally got the bedroom cleaned after 3 weeks. TV worked once in a while. In the breakfast, milk was expired. At the end, they offered points if you gave them a good review.
