Worst breakfast ever had at a hotel no sausage no bacon fake eggs cold chicken potato fries for breakfast

"I really enjoyed my stay; will be back ln the future."

The receptionist was nice, breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.

The toilet bowl had a stain which was not esthetic to look at. The desk chair had a large stain which could be easily cleaned with elbow grease!

It was all Five stars in the staff going extra mile finding an accessible room big enough for my husband‘s wheelchair to get around then housekeeping maids really nice and do a very good job cleaning going an extra mile as well. breakfast is a plus I The coffee is great.

"We enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay again in this brand of Hilton in the future."

The room was well appointed and spacious which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered enough variety that even as vegans we had choices. We were thrilled that soy milk was available for our cereal and coffee, that was a big plus.

Not a criticism but it would be nice to have two chairs to use with the pull out table and there was only one spoon in the drawer of Room 318.

Staff was pleasant, but room was a little smelly and something sticky was in the hall carpet right before our room. Our shower had bits of something black in the corners and there was no fan in the bathroom. The fridge and diahers provided were all clean and the room was comfortable.

"Excellent "

I highly recommend staying here. It was clean, comfortable, and we received excellent service. The breakfast is very good for a free buffet style setup. It’s about 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga or lookout Mt. The only negative is that the pool isn’t heated and it was frigid. But we still had a blast riding the water slide.
