La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento nuevo y muy limpio.

Se oia mucho la calle, las ventanas son de aluminio y se oia mucho a la gente que estaba en el bar de al lado

"Posizione ottima ma finestre da cambiare"

Situato vicino al mercato bolhao e alla fermata della metro, molto comodo per spostarsi! Appartamento adatto per soggiorni non troppo lunghi (se si è in 3) poichè è presente un armadio ma lo spazio per le valigie é esiguo, siamo stati bene per 3 giorni. Cucina dotata di tutti gli utensili compreso macchina del caffè. Doccia e wc separati tra loro e dal lavandino e presenza di tende ben oscuranti.

Lavandino del bagno aperto alla sala senza privacy e porta del wc che non permette maggiore privacy. Finestre non isolanti da cui si sentono tutti i rumori della strada, schiamazzi etc etc… inoltre abbiamo avuto difficoltá ad aprirle perchè erano dure e non si bloccavano quindi per 3 giorni non siamo riusciti a cambiare aria alla stanza. Odore sgradevole di chiuso nelle scale del condominio ma per fortuna non entra in appartamento

Die Lage und die Wohnung waren super für uns. Da wir zu dritt reisten, war es super drei einzelne Betten zu haben und auch die Aufteilung von Waschtisch, WC und Dusche war sehr praktikabel. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bot für uns genügend Platz zu einem fairen Preis. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super.

Es war teilweise recht laut, aber dafür liegt die Wohnung super. Von daher war das für uns total okay, wer jedoch empfindlich ist, was Lärm angeht, dem würde man eventuell etwas anderes empfehlen. Zwei kleine Mängel, die man jedoch sicherlich schnell beheben kann und welche tatsächlich viel für das Gesamtbild ausmachen würden, wären eine passende Toilettenbrille und das Befestigen des Wasserhahnes.
