"Exceptional"

Hotel was beautiful, peace and quiet. We also got a free upgrade to the largest suite which was totally unexpected. Staff were around 24/7 and always so friendly. Huge shoutout to Vincent from the reception team; his communication skills were excellent and he was incredibly helpful.

Only complaint was the bathroom is not very large and therefore not much storage space. Otherwise no complaints.
