Great location and facilities were fantastic.

Unfortunately, the bar staff weren't familiar with everyday drinks like gin and tonic & lemon lime bitters. After waiting for drinks for 20mins we left so that was disappointing.

第一次遇到5星酒店行李需要自己搬没有门童第二天三部客用电梯都坏了客人需要搭乘员工货梯出入酒店作为服务业 5星还算是行业高级标准康莱德这种管理可能只为了吸引网红团购打打卡吧不好的体验不推荐

They take £277/night as a security deposit instead of the advertised 1000chinese yuan which is about 2600yuan. Its actually shocking to pay this amount as a security deposit while the price of a night stay is about £100
