good location, breakfast was nice, staff was very friendly.

They are building a spa area when the rooms are what needed to be updated. good hotel but fix the rooms.

The staff were great. The condition of the property has gone down since last time. Pool, hot tub and exercise room were closed. The room was clean but looked a little shabby. We spent the rest of our time 8 more days at a different hotel. 😕

Check in lady had the worst attitude and didnt make check in pleasant ! Then they kicked our dogs out of the hotel and endangering their safety while we were out to dinner. No phone call! This has been the worst hotel experience we have had ever had!!! From how they spoke to us to how they handle any situation- unprofessional! We left and only was at the hotel for less than 4 hours! We had booked two nights and paid the dog fee! No refunds! When they are at fault for their misconduct and cruelty to our animals! Never returning!

Evening check-in woman was extremely rude. When I went to complain about the dirtiness of the room and the Marijuana aroma that overpowered the whole floor i was on, she smiled and then laughed and then proceeded to advise me that people will do what they want. After an attitude from the clerk, she gave my teenage daughter and I a new room. As my daughter and I were packing up our stuff including a dog, she barged in without knocking, she saw our two cats (i didnt know cats weren't allowed) she then told my daughter and I that cats are not allowed and we needed to leave, mean while holding the door open and wouldn't shut the door so I had to shut it on her. I witnessed myself three individuals who appeared under the influence of substances upon arrival, yet they dont allow cats. I stayed here 2 months prior to this incident and had a wonderful experience (this particular lady wasn't working there when I went last). Sad how this place has gone completely down hill in two months.

The property was clean and well kept. The outside did have some construction but it didn’t detract from our stay.

Did not get room I reserved. Room needs updated. Slick surface on bottom of tub. Need a mat for safety reasons.
