Que esta en el 2do piso

nos enviaron a otro apartamento de una sola habitación cuando lo habíamos reservado y pagado por anticipado 2 habitaciones. Al apartamento que nos enviaron además no tiene licencia y los vecinos se nos quejaron. horrible experiencia. El propietario además se ha desentendido y no nos ha querido compensar de ninguna manera y eso que nos cobró 180€ persona y noche.

There was a bit of a problem in finding the apartment and getting in touch with the manager. In the end all was great, just be prepared. The address was wrong - but just by probably 150 feet. The house number is 33, not 21. I recommend contacting the manager before so they meet you near the entrance to the courtyard, finding it is not straightforward. Once you figure it out - everything is easy, and the benefit that despite being in the Biddle of action, the rooms are dead-quiet.

Excelente localização, local muito limpo, único se não foi o geladeira.

L'appartement est vétuste. Le réfrigérateur et le congélateur ne fonctionnaient pas, le nécessaire doit être fait pour les futurs locataires. Manque l'eau chaude. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables.

Sauberkeit fragwürdig und die Beschreibung passt auch nicht wirklich überein ausser der standort exzelent

Staff was very helpful. Apartment is old and needs to be updated.

Best location- 3 minutes from Puerta del Sol. Good conditioner. Beds are comfortable.

Problem with the door lock, that owners/agency apparently don’t want to solve since April. Cleaning service could do a better job. Apartments need to be refreshed.
