Gute Lage, man hätte zu Fuß zum Europa-Park gehen können. Mit dem Zettel für Kurtaxe konnte man auch gratis am Europa-Park Parkplatz parken.

Auf dem Gehweg zum Gebäude mit den Zimmern waren Biomüll-Container die schon ausgelaufen sind und wirklich ekelhaft gerochen haben.

- gutes Frühstücksbuffet - gratis Parkplatz sowie ein gratis Parkticket für Parkplatz bei Europapark / Rulantica - einfaches Einchecken

- Da wir erst nachmittags angereist sind, war die Rezeption geschossen. Daher musste man den Schlüssel mit einem Code im Safe abholen. Allerdings hat dies nicht funktioniert. Wir haben dann angerufen und die zuständige Person sehr schnell erreicht (positiv). Mussten dann aber etwas warten, bis der Safe repariert wurde und konnten daher noch nicht aufs Zimmer.

Personeel aan de receptie was super vriendelijk. Ook kregen we een gratis parkeerticket voor Rulantica.

Het personeel bij het ontbijt stond niet bepaald te wachten op gasten die kwamen eten. In de reviews stond dat het ontbijt voortreffelijk was. Dat viel tegen. Wat bijzonder is is dat je eigenlijk in een oude paardenstal ligt die is omgebouwd. Als je naar je kamer loopt kom je achter vuilcontainers gelopen van het restaurant naar de receptie... hier had ik wel even een afscheiding gemaakt. De douche was smerig. De schimmel kwam uit de douchekop...
