Comoda, stanza spaziosa, tutto pulito, buona organizzazione degli spazi (a mia stanza aveva un balcone coperto organizzata a mo di saletta da te)

Location is excelent and staff are kind and nice (despite of language barrier). Breakfast on connected restaurant is nice as well.

There wasn't hot water at all. Some things are broken (like towel hangers), but didn't receive any fix. Looks like they gave up on maintenance. Overall is clean, however towels had "washing machine stains".

Хорошее местоположение, рядом кафешки, турагентства. Интересная архитектура старого города.

Персонал отеля не расположен к постояльцам. Не слишком приветливы, не спешат откликнуться на просьбу. Возможно, это конкретно к русскоговорящим? Номер неплохой. Но после душа пол в ванной комнате невозможно оставить сухим, лужи долго не сохнут, вытереть нечем, приходится шлепать в туалет по мокрому полу. Исправить никто не захотел. Холодильник не работал, чайника нет.
