Tyr Graig Castle

It is a great location with good access to fantastic local walks and the Snowdonia National Park. There are also fabulous views across Barmouth and Cardigan Bay. The owners are the most friendly and kind I have ever experienced in the UK. The breakfast is also very good. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Location view fantastic

Fabulous views across the bay as situated on a cliff top; good parking, comfortable family run hotel. We had the full restaurant menu for three of us and was delicious 😋 with excellent service and good value price for both rooms . The waiter / barman from Latvia was friendly and service excellent for our dinner with an amazing sunset! Breakfast was also very good too! Both rooms were comfortable, well equipped with fantastic sea views !

Everything was of a high standard, However our mattress in the superior double room requires replacement!

The location was fantastic, on top of a cliff overlooking Barmouth, yet close enough to walk down the hill if you wanted too. The breakfasts were exceptional, the cooked were beautifully presented. Service was first class. We loved the view of the bay and could of sat watching it all day. We were also very lucky with the weather , which totally made our stay one to remember and now we’ve found such a perfect place we can’t wait to book again .
