"Great spacious room with kitchenette and modern features."

The location was great... 10 minutes to the Mayo hub of buildings for appointments.. and that was after the major snow storm. We didn't eat breakfast, but they had a broad array of choices ( we had brought our own which was convenient to fix in the kitchenette).

This hotel doesn't have an elevator, which was not an issue for us but could be for some. Overall, Great place to Stay

"Convince to clinic. Large room."

Breakfast was ok, pretty basic but fine. Shuttle made it convenient to get to/from appointments, as Mayo has construction going on.

The sheet & pad came out of the corner of the bed every night. Shower temperature fluctuated a lot
