Muy buena ubicación y con Parking. Los baños y la cocina están completamente renovados. El apartamento es muy amplio y con una terrazas muy bonita. Muchos armarios.

El mobiliario es escaso y antiguo. Faltan colgadores para las toallas en los baños. No había secador ni gel de ducha solo unas pastillas de jabón. Aunque estaba limpio, habían hecho obra y la limpieza de fin de obra no era buena. Las sábanas estaban limpias pero muy usadas.
