Расположен в активном туристическом районе, много массажных салонов и кафе, но, рядом нет общественного транспорта, добраться до центра города возможно в основном пешком. Понравилось что нет толп индийских китайских и русских туристов.

Вид на море был частичный, перегораживало соседнее здание, Уплаченая цена за вид на море, завышена. Электронный замок в двери срабатывал с проблемами.
