Location is good.

The rooms are really small. The room floors were wet and dirty when we arrived. We had loud neighbors and when we told reception about them they just dismissed it and told us it is expected.

Nice, clean, spacious (triple) room, good location with plenty of cafes, restaurants, massage places and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast buffet reasonable.

Access to pool somewhat awkward and area not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. Wireless was often weak and needed to be replaced with phone hotspot

Shower head brocken , water leaking on the floor outside shower , aircon didnt work well in the morning , room small and depressing, breakfast terrible, cold coffe every day , food tasted strange , one lady in reception not so friendly , rest of the staff was nice and friendly
