Best Nights Hotel

It was quiet and the TV worked perfectly (unlike other motels I have stayed that were supposedly better rated motels) I like that it has vinyl fooring or tile.

Needs a better place for the dogs to potty with bags and a trash can.

Check in/out was no issue. Lobby is dated and feels unwelcoming. The area is a bit sketchy. The room looked like it was trying to look updated, but was not. Everything looked and felt unclean/dusty. The rooms could use major maintenance and deep cleaning. You get what you pay for.

The shower assist rod fell out. There was no tissue in the room. The television control was falling apart. Floors were very dirty. Positive the beds linens were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Nothing. It was mess.

Called before i booked a reservation to make sure they would be able to give me a handicapped accessible room on the main floor. The man said he could make a note after my reservation was made to ensure we had a handicapped accesible room. I booked a double queen deluxe room. I called back and gave him my info... he said he would put it in the computer so a room would be saved... he lied. Upon arrival there were no handicapped rooms available... they stuck is in a tiny room with 2 full size beds and didnt even refund us the difference. They made accusations against us saying they had to pay for cleaning services for the room so charged $50 after we left... but would not send picture proof.

My room was clean, which I think is most important above everything else.
