Przyjemny pokój 2 osobowy, sporo pryszniców, dostępna kuchnia, ale w zasadzie poza zrobieniem herbaty rano nie korzystaliśmy, dość cicho, choć okno mieliśmy blisko ulicy na szczytowej ścianie, blisko dworca PKP i autobusowego co miało dla nas kluczowe znaczenie - ok 15 minut nie spiesząc się za bardzo, można też podjechać dowolnym tramwajem w stronę dworca

The worst experience in my life.

After I paid for my booking I got a request via email to pay nearly double the cost extra for being able to access the building as a self check-in charge. None of it was mentioned on the booking page so I refused to pay extra. The ukrainian man gaslighted me on the phone and was super rude (he couldn't even speak proper Polish). I lost money and time, as well as my cool. It's clear that they're a dishonest business and a true disgrace to Kraków. Please, stay away if you want to keep your sanity intact. I've got my receipts and I'm reporting them to the authorities. Sure as hell, they've had it coming.
