The few staff that were there were friendly and tried to be helpful. The swimming pool was really good. The security guard was excellent, he did everything from sorting out internet, fixing and replacing tv sets, to being the waiter and generally helping every were he could.

The place was not well managed. There were staff shortages, the food was cold for the most part, except for one good breakfast, the evening meal that we did have was over an hour delivered from ordering. (We were the only customers)This was due to management cutbacks on staff. The rooms were not serviced for the four nights that we were there. Maintenance on everything needed attention, Internet was barely usable in the rooms. (Our room was number 2.) The shower head had been mended wrongly causing water to go over your head with no adjustment at all. Bath room lighting was very dull. The basin drain hole smelt really bad. There was a mat of thick dust under the beds. This resort could be a top notch place but for the lack of MANAGEMENT OR CARE by the owner.

I like the spacious room. Breakfast took a very long time to prepare. I ordered chorizo but gave me chicken hotdog! The eggs where pale. Didnt give us coffee until we requested it.

There should be a proper way for them to manage breakfast..we already pre ordered it the night before and said it should be served between 8-830am. But most of us ate almost 9am. I was from room 4 and I went ahead to get bfast with the occupants from room 7 because we had to go somewhere and I said to the person in the restaurant I will order my bfast which was chorizo..he said yes, but when served, it was chicken hotdog! So I said, I will just give this to my child because I ordered it for my son. So I waited for my order but when cooked, I got served another chicken hotdog!! I just gave up drank the coffee and walked away.. There should be a family room situated downstairs especially if you have costumers with kids or disabled ones. There is no exhaust in the toilet, only windows but you cant open windows because mosquitos will go inside the room. Toilet stinks. Thankfully they gave us Off lotion.

Dark room even you turn on all the lights. Toilet seat is brocken. Faucet is brocken. Food is too salty
