Villa Trifylia

The villa was simply perfect. We couldn't have asked for any better

Perfect place to stay in Paros! My mom and I stayed here for one week mid September. 10/10. Nik was incredibly hospitable and kind. Transfers were included in the price which was great. He picked us up from the port and gave us an excellent introduction to the island. A bottle of wine met us upon arrival to the villa. Nik provided a map along with many many recommendations for food and activities. The villa itself is gorgeous, it is clean and spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is cleaned every afternoon and new towels are provided. Bottles of water were also provided upon request which we really appreciated. We were able to cook breakfast every morning and enjoyed our meals on the covered porch. The pool was great and a real treat after lots of exploration in the mornings. The villa is a short walk to the minimart (8 mins) and another 5 minutes to the main street and another 5 minutes to the port. We didn’t feel comfortable renting a vehicle however we didn’t mind a walk down to the port where we were able to easily access public transit. We recommend taking the water taxi to Antiparos and spending the day at the beach, wandering the shops and having dinner. Tickets are €7 one way but it was a cool boating experience! Can’t say enough about this villa, Nik and our overall experience. It was nice to be away from the busy main road and have our own private space to rest. Would most definitely stay again- only next time longer!

10/10 only wish i could have stayed more days. This location was walkable to everywhere, and the host gave really great recommendations on things to do while i was visiting Paros

Je recommande fortement, idéalement placé à 10min à pied du centre de Parikia. Nous avons très bien été accueillis, Nicolas était aux petits soins et nous a conseillé les restos et activités aux environs. L’appartement était très propre et les extérieurs sont bien entretenus.

Nicholas made the experience unique. He reached out as soon as we booked to offer pick up at oyr arrival. The home was absolutely gorgeous! Clean, spacious and very comfortable. Nicholas sat fown and gave us amazing suggestions on sight seeing and wonderful restaurants. He even helped us dry our laundry in time to leave. Our teenagers said it was their favorite place. At the end of our trip, Nicholas arranged to bring our luggage to the port so we could have the afternoon to walk around the old town. A truly amazing experience, Hope to come back very soon. Already recommended it to our family and friends!

Excellent stay at this beautiful villa! Villa very spacious with good size living area and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and good amount of storage for your clothes. Powerful shower and great mountain views from your private balcony. Nikolas the owner provided free transport from the port and gave us lots of helpful information and helped us with car hire. It's about a 20 minute walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend to stay here. Just perfect!

We had a great stay. A peaceful place in the countryside within walking distance of the ferry port and town center. The villa is new with a spacious garden where the guests can relax by the pool or barbeque. The loving, friendly and helpful host Nikolas gave us an excellent service by picking us up and dropping us to the ferry terminal. He also recommended what to see, where to go and where to eat at the island. We would absolutely be staying again at Villa Trifylia <3 <3

Our stay at Villa Trifylia was perfect! The place is really nice, spacious and well located. It is around 10 mins walk from the port town of Parikia, but feels secluded and private. Would recommend a car to get around the island. Nikolas picked us up from the port and was really helpful in giving us tips for things to do and see, and helping us arrange things such as car and boat hire. He dropped our bags at the port for us the day we left to allow us to enjoy the morning in the town without carrying around luggage. He made himself available whenever we needed him and was very responsive. A great host! The only negative is that he is a Man Utd supporter - but nobody's perfect. The place itself is really clean and well furnished. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Both beach and bath towels are provided along with toiletry essentials. These were replaced every day. Overall our stay was extremely comfortable and great value. The garden is really nice if you want some time to relax and enjoy the pool. Very green and not overlooked by any neighbours, with comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the setting. I cannot recommend this place enough and would certainly stay again if visiting Paros in the future.

Nikolas is a great host really looking for the well being of his guests. The apartment is big, very comfortable and clean. it is also very well located in Parikia, 10 min walking distance from the pedestrian center in a quiet part of the city. We can only recommend staying at this place and look forward to com e back
