Breakfast was good with multiple choices. Just the coffee was like coffee water. The room was very clean and even smelled clean.

It would be nice if there was more than one ice machine. Bed was okay I just needed more pillows to prevent some discomfort.

As seniors we were not able to get a room on the first floor. No elevator to haul luggage up to second floor.

"No clean or Customer Freindly"

I was not happy with my stay here. I took a trip with my 12 and 14 year old boys. I was excited for them to have new experiences. This hotel was not it. I like an affordable hotel, but still expect it to be clean and provide some service. The room wasn't real clean and I should have changed rooms. What made this 2 stars is lack of housekeeping straightening the room and bringing fresh towels. I missed my boys reaction to coming back to the room and seeing it cleaned. The front desk wasn't helpful or accommodating. No customer service here. I won't stay at another GreenTree hotel!
