硬體部分體驗都不錯，早餐樣式雖不多，但貴在精緻美味，早餐時段的服務人員也讓人有舒適的感覺。

唯一美中不足的地方，大概就是櫃檯多服務人員吧！無論是入住時亦或是退房時的兩位客服人員，讓人感覺挺冷漠的，不太有飯店櫃檯服務人員大多會有的熱忱感！
