Doccia molto piccola ( con porticina rotta) Materasso del letto matrimoniale molto rigido.

PULIZIA, INSONORIZZAZIONE, STATUS DELLE PERSIANE DELLE FINESTRE (ABBIAMO RISCHIATO DI FARE MALE IN MODO SERIO ALL'INQUILINO SOTTO E NONOSTANTE L'ABBIAMO FATTO NOTARE NESSUNO CI HA DATO COMUNICAZIONE O UNA QUALCHE RISPOSTA), LETTO SCOMODISSIMO E MATERASSO ASSOLUTAMENTE DA CAMBIARE, BOX DOCCIA RIDICOLO.

La professionalità, disponibilità ed efficienza delle due ragazze che si occupavano della gestione dell'appartamento. Ottime le procedure di check-in e check-out. L' appartamento si trova in un piccolo condominio molto tranquillo, in una zona altrettanto tranquilla di Pula. Appartamento fresco comunque provvisto di aria condizionata. Comodissimo il parcheggio nel cortile interno. Buona la posizione, non distante da strada principale e a poche centinaia di metri dal centro storico di Pula.

L' appartamento è provvisto di tutto il necessario tuttavia l'arredamento è un poco minimale. La doccia non è di grandi dimensioni, l'abbiamo trovata piccola.

Ottima posizione,abbastanza centrale,struttura piccola ma carina.

Parcheggio interno molto comodo per manovre.

We got IzzHome New One some weeks before traveling as an upgrade.

On the website there is the sign of Airport Shuttle. When i asked for it they said they don't offer that kind of service and they would take away this false information. It is still there. I found an alternative solution. But for taking the decision while choosing an apartment the airport shuttle was important to me.

A pleasant apartment on the ground floor of a 1-story building. Quiet neighborhood, parking in the inner courtyard behind a lockable gate, so we felt safe. Close to the town center, the shop is also right next door. The facility is fully equipped, comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, very good WiFi. Easy contact with the staff, keys to pick up and return in a locker, so there are no problems with arrival times.

The bathroom definitely needs improvement - the shower cubicle was very cramped and worn. Hot water is from the boiler and although we did not lack it, the pressure is very low. It would also be useful to check the lighting - some bulbs were burned out.
