The room was dirty. The floors were filthy. There was was pet hair everywhere.

"Excellent"

The room we checked into had not been cleaned nor the bed made. Got an immediate reassignment. The WiFi signal was horrible in the room; had to go into the hallway, find an antenna in the ceiling to connect.
