Communication did hardly work, staff didn't speak English at all. The service was poor in consequence. When arriving in the evening we asked for cooking possibility while doing the check in. It was agreed, that there was a place upstairs. So we checked, and although the "kitchen" was very dirty and poor equiped, found it suitable to use it for an easy meal. Thus, we went to the supermarket nearby to buy a few things for dinner and breakfast. It was just after that when we discovered the gas to be empty. The manager was like - oh, ok, right but I can't do sth about it - which left us hungry and with a shopping bag full of groceries supplying 6 people we couldn't use and could not take on the plane the other day either. There was no effort from the manager to at least organize new gas for the next morning, which left us disappointed a second time.

Overall like the whole thing. We stayed their for less than 6 hours while waiting for our flight and the room is extremely dirty specially the toilet and bath the smell of the room since no exhaust no window. They didn't give us a toiletries and yet upon check out the guy is telling that we stole their stupid toiletries. The worst ever! even the front of the facilities is dirty the staff are always in cigarettes breaks not cleaning what they have to clean.

the room i got was not cleaned yet, it was dirty, had old towels still hanging, rubbish bin full, stuff from previous person. the staff member did not seem to care and not helpful at all. Next day no one was at the counter when I left so It was not possible to get my 100.000rp back when i dropped the room key. Also the new room was not clean at all!! ):

The furniture kinda run down and there were some spots in the room that are kind of dirty. The space was rather small as well. The location also kinda hard to find.
